Houses discovered for 3 uncared for horses Portage APL rescued in September; Rootstown man charged

Angus, a 19-year-old black Percheron horse has made a good friend at his new dwelling. Angus was one in every of six uncared for horses, two of which have died, that the Portage Animal Protecting League rescued in Rootstown final September. He and two of the three different surviving horses are being adopted by their foster households. A person is going through prices within the case.
